To undertake the responsibilities of the Group Council an Executive Committee is established to oversee the work.  The Group Council meets once a year (Annual General Meeting of the Group Council) to elect and receive reports from the Group Executive.  The main responsibilities of the Executive Committee are:

• Fundraising and adminstration of the Group's finances
• Recruitment of Leaders and other adult support
• Maintenance / replacement of the Group's property (headquarters building and equipment) and insurance of these items and all members
• Assisting with all Group occasions
