Listed below are some important dates that have been identified and of which you should be aware leading up to our date of departure in mid August.  I intend keeping this timetable up to date on a regular basis.  Note that there are a number of Explorer Belt (EB) monthly meetings – all of which will begin at 7.30pm (venues to be decided).  Also note that there are two further information meetings for parents.

EB - Monday 11 January

Stage payment of camp fee (£200) by end of January

EB - Monday 8 February

5/6/7 March - Residential Weekend (Yorkshire)

EB - Monday 15 March

Stage payment of camp fee (£225) by end of March

EB - Monday 12 April

Monday 10 May (+ update meeting for parents)

Stage payment of camp fee (£225) by end of May

EB - Monday 14 June

Stage payment of camp fee (£100) by end of June

EB - Monday 12 July

EB - Monday 2 August (+ final information evening for parents)

Thursday 12 August – Depart for Russia

Friday 27 August – Arrive back
