There is a lot of work to be done behind the scenes to make our trip successful - you have only to read the Information Leaflet Issue 1 to understand the amount of detail that goes into undertaking this trip.  It gives information on flights, luggage, insurance, passpot/visa, vaccinations, uniform, camp fees, home contact, first aid, itinerary, money/cards and some detail on Russian etiguette and history.  In particular, please note the following:

Camp Fees and other costs
The cost for the trip is set at £1000 per person.  All participants have paid at least the £50 deposit, some more.  At our last parents/participant meeting held on 18 November the following payment schedule was detailed:

Permission to Camp Form
Detailed Application Forms were completed when applying to participate on Russia 2010.  Recently, Permission to Camp forms were sent out.  If you haven't completed this form please download from the link and send it to Graham asap (see Important Contact Details).  Also needed to complete the administration record for everyone are:
